With a Bachelor’s in Physical Education and post-grad qualifications in strength and conditioning, plus applied sports nutrition, I know my way around building strength and energy the right way.
But it’s not all textbooks—I’ve worked with legends like former All Blacks and Kiwi League players on TV3’s Match Fit, prepped UFC fighters for battle, and even helped Kiwi and Hollywood actors get ready to smash their on-screen roles.
These days, my true passion lies with the everyday heroes—guys juggling work, family, and the curveballs life throws. I love helping blokes rediscover their strength, drop unwanted weight, trust in their own health again and regain the energy they thought they’d lost forever.
I get it—life gets busy, priorities shift, and suddenly you’re wondering how things stacked up this way. That’s where I come in. My goal is to make fitness doable, enjoyable, and something that sticks for the long haul.
