We offer 2 proven styles of group training which we call FIRE & ICE. We will help you which sessions are right for you. A programme will be designed for your specific needs/goals (including to allow for any injuries you may have). All of our classes are at scheduled times to help increase your motivation and commitment. If you don’t turn up, you can expect a call!
