I've been at this Gym for the last few years and it is the "Best Little Gym in the World' for a reason. Alex, Matt and Phil are amazing. Chilled but encouraging without being in your face. They work with you to allow you to achieve more than you thought you could ever do. Never judgemental and always supportive. But lets not forget the 'crew' after all thats what makes you keep coming back for more. I always think that good folk generally attract like minded people and I've met some inspirational people from all walks of life at BT! Why would you go anywhere else?

Great gym. I did the FIRE sessions, and have only stopped as I moved countries. They have the advantages of a personal trainer - good progressive programs, individual attention etc - without the high price. Working in a small group consistently also builds up a community. They all know what they're doing, seem up to date with the latest knowledge and are very good at customer service and communication. Highly recommend!

Bloody awesome. Went in with a long-term shoulder injury and the lads with their expert know-how have me back in action. Great community with expert training.

The environment and culture created makes working out fun and it's easy to put in your full effort/ push yourself. Great trainers who understand you and your needs, who can tailor your training to your requirements and have relatable and endearing personalities.
